My love of real estate started early when I had the opportunity to watch my father pursue a career as an agent and developer. This experience piqued my interest in property renovation, which was later complemented by my husband, Greggs, background in construction. With shared passion and professional skill sets we were fortunate to create an extensive portfolio of rehabilitated properties that serve the local communities. In order to sustain this success & advance our local development contributions, we created a property management company to continue our shared vision.

To support our realty management endeavors I acquired my real estate license in 2010. In 2012 I purchased Concept Real Estate and in 2013 made the transition from a licensed real estate agent to Managing Broker overseeing day-to-day operations. This change in roles has allowed Gregg & I the opportunity to pursue our interests while spending time with our three children and five grandchildren. In our leisure time we also enjoy golf and continue to pursue our passion of purchasing & developing older buildings on main streets in local towns.
